AI Study Guide Maker
How it works
- Paste your notes or a section of a textbook, or choose a PDF.
- The AI reads it and writes the guide from what your text says: summary, key points, terms, formulas, examples and questions.
- Revise from it here, test yourself on the questions, or take it away as a Word file.
What makes a good study guide
- It is short: the summary and key points fit on one screen.
- Formulas are typeset as maths, each with what its symbols mean.
- You test yourself: the answers to the practice questions stay hidden until you ask.
Frequently asked questions
Is the AI study guide maker free?
Yes. With no account you can make 5 study guides a day, a free account makes 20 a day, and Pro has no daily limit.
What is in the study guide?
A short summary, the key points in order, the key terms with their meanings, every important formula typeset with what each symbol means, worked examples, and practice questions with answers you can reveal.
Can I open it in Word?
Yes. Press Word file and the guide downloads as a .docx with the formulas as real Word equations you can edit. You can also print it or save it as a PDF from the print window.
Does it make things up?
It is told to use only what your text says, and the practice questions come from it. Check anything important against your notes, as with any AI.
What happens to my text?
It is sent to our AI provider only to make your guide and is not stored with any account. The guide stays in this browser until you make a new one. Our Privacy Policy explains the short technical logs we keep.
Rather drill it card by card? Use the AI flashcard maker. Your notes are handwritten? Turn them into text with handwriting to LaTeX first.
