Common questions

The transcription has mistakes. What do I do?

Open the LaTeX tab and edit the source, then recompile - the editor is built in. Maths-heavy pages and clear handwriting give the best results. Always check a page before relying on it.

What file types can I upload?

A PDF. In GoodNotes (or similar) use Share, then Export as PDF, and drop that in.

How do I delete my notes or account?

Delete any saved note with the x on its card under Recent notes. To delete your entire account, send a request below and we will remove it.

Why is a big document slow?

Each page is transcribed and the figures are checked for accuracy, which takes time on our current free infrastructure. Smaller documents finish in seconds.
